Ben Berman

Bio

In 2022, Ben joined Hill & Moin, LLP, where he is dedicated to advocating for injured individuals and their families.

As an associate attorney, Ben takes pride in building strong relationships with Hill & Moin’s clients and guiding them through what can often be a difficult and unfamiliar legal process. He believes that effective representation begins with listening to each client, understanding how an injury has affected his or her life, and making sure that client feels supported throughout the case.

Ben particularly enjoys the research and writing involved in appellate practice. He has drafted appellate briefs before the New York Appellate Division that have contributed to favorable outcomes for the firm’s clients.

Ben has also worked extensively on behalf of Hill & Moin’s clients who were themselves victims of the September 11th terrorist attacks or whose family members were victims, through claims filed with the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund. He finds it especially meaningful to advocate for members of the 9/11 community and to help them pursue the compensation and recognition they deserve.
