Eric Wittels

Bio

In 2019, Mr. Wittels brought the experience and insight he gained from his time as an insurance defense attorney when he joined Hill & Moin, LLP.

Since joining as an associate attorney, Eric enjoys connecting with many of our clients to offer each individual extensive personalized representation. Whether it is in the courtroom or in a deposition, Eric tirelessly advocates on each client’s behalf in order to secure them the best possible compensation for the injuries they have suffered.

In 2022, Mr. Wittels obtained a jury verdict in the amount of $1,240,000.00 for a 64-year-old medical massage therapist who sustained fractures to both wrists following a trip and fall outside of her residential apartment building. This verdict was ranked #45 out of the top 100 highest verdicts in New York State.

Education:

• Eric Wittels obtained his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. He also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from the State University of New York at Albany.
• He is currently admitted to practice in the State of New York, as well as the United States Courts of the Eastern District of New York and Southern District of New York.
