Cheryl has represented plaintiffs in over 200 appeals affirming multimillion-dollar verdicts, obtaining reversals on complex issues and questions of first impression. She has obtained many landmark decisions in the New York Court of Appeals and has been interviewed on CBS News Radio 88 regarding several significant cases.
